I bought 5 of these hats in a variety of colors. For the price of $5 and change per hat they are an excellent bargain. They are not in the least cheaply made, and have a generous velcro strip in the back for easy fitting. They are a nice hat for those that wish for an alternative to the common everyday baseball cap. Some folks will even find them a little better looking, including myself. (As a kid I remember this style being referred to as a cargo hat. Somewhere along the way they picked up the name Fidel, or military cap.) They come in just about any color you may have in mind, and even look better as they wear. I highly recommend these hats if this particular style happens to be one you like. In my opinion you won't get a better hat for the price they are offering here...

I love the GI cap style. This cap is lightweight, provides excellent sun coverage, and is a welcome change from the standard baseball type cap. The price makes it a real winner.

I purchased FIVE of these caps from GRAVITY TRADING through their listing on AMAZON.(NOTE: The prices for the same caps on GT's direct web site is considerably higher.) Their service was excellent.
One of the other reviewers said that the caps he/she received were not as illustrated. The illustration looked taller and more rigid. I too initially thought the same thing. I enlarged several of the photos on the AMAZON listing (that were obviously different, and not just color changed versions of the same photo), and measured them against the actual caps. The proportions of the bill, the narrow band that ends in the closure, and the upright portion of the crown. All measurements were within a few percentage points of each other, well within the range of error for parallax, etc.
I am only able to give these caps 4 points overall because:
The 5 caps were 3 different brands. Four of them should probably be rated as 5 stars, but there are
differences between the caps that might influence your satisfaction with a purchase. Because I do not
know which brands that each seller is shipping, if the differences are important, ask the seller
before purchasing. I will not detail the differences by color, except in one case. Three of caps
had sewn(bound) vents, one had metal grommet vents, and one had NO vents.
I will describe the cap designated as Charcoal so that you can contact the seller of your choice to check what they have before you order. The cap I received is NOT Charcoal, but rather Dark KHAKI. (I polled over a dozen people and no one said GRAY or CHARCOAL.) The hook and loop (Velcro type) closure material IS Charcoal, but all of the rest, including all of the seam binding in the cap's interior is distinctly Dark KHAKI. This hat also had NO vents (none were promised in the description). So, if you're looking for Charcoal, ask the seller of your choice before you order.
